Shipping Information

Delivery Area:

We only deliver within Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands. We ship our goods from our distribution center to the delivery address or parcel station you provided in your order. Delivery to P.O. boxes or post offices is not possible.

Shipping Costs:

For orders totaling 60.00 € or more, delivery is free of charge via DPD (DHL for orders over 80 €). The shipping costs for orders under 60.00 € are 5.95 € (DPD) or 6.95 € (DHL) for Germany, and 8.95 € for Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark and Luxembourg.


Return Costs:

Returns are generally free of charge for you.


Delivery Times:

The ordered goods will be delivered within 2 to 4 working days. For payments by advance bank transfer, the delivery period starts on the day after the transfer to us. For all other payment methods, the period starts on the day after the order. Legal holidays and holidays that vary within Germany may affect the delivery time of your order and may result in a delay in delivery, at the earliest, to the following day.


Return of parcels received by courier service:

Please pack the item you want to return complete with any accompanying accessories. To avoid transport damage, we recommend using the original packaging. You will receive the return label from us via email.
