Shipping Information

Delivery Area:

We only deliver within Germany, Austria, and the Netherlands. We dispatch our goods from our distribution center to the delivery address or parcel station provided by you in your order. Delivery to PO box addresses or postal branches is not possible.

Shipping Costs:

For orders totaling 60.00 € or more, delivery is free of charge via DPD (DHL for orders over 80 €). The shipping costs for orders under 60.00 € are 5.95 € (DPD) or 6.95 € (DHL) for Germany and 8.95 € for Austria and the Netherlands.

Return Costs:

Returns are generally free of charge for you.

Delivery Times:

The ordered goods will be delivered within 2 to 4 working days. In the case of payment by advance bank transfer, the delivery period begins on the day after the transfer is made to us. For all other payment methods, the period begins on the day after the order is placed. Legal holidays and holidays that vary within Germany may affect the delivery time of your order and may result in a delay in delivery no earlier than the following day.

Return of Shipments Received by Parcel Service:

Please package the item you want to return completely and together with any accompanying accessories. To avoid transport damage, we recommend using the original packaging. You will receive the return label from us via email.
